MINIPROF – SIMPLE CUT
The universal kit is intended for customers who are satisfied with their existing jig saw, but would like to easily set the width of the cut by entering a value on the control panel and automatically advance the ruler to the specified value.
This set of electro-motoric ruler is intended for most formatting saws of various manufacturers.
After assessing the existing construction of the saw and the possibility of installing the universal set on the customer’s formatting saw, our qualified service will perform the installation.
The device significantly speeds up and simplifies the operator’s work during formatting.
This product was developed by MYNAŘ-TRADE s. r. o. and is manufactured from quality components in our production in Ostrava.
Functions
- Automatic adjustment of the width of the cut from the panel using the numeric keypad.
- Easy ruler calibration by entering the measured length of the part just cut.
- List of error messages - on the control panel display.
- Setting the AL position of the ruler incl. recalculation of the set width of the cut according to the position (according to the profile of the ruler).
- Manual entry of values from the panel using the keyboard.
- Indicator beacon for information on reaching the specified position.
The set of the electro-motoric ruler contains:
- Control panel incl. cutting plan holder and traffic light signaling
- Jacqueline construction for the control panel and suction (fixing from the side of the machine)
- A separate electrical switchboard for controlling the ruler drives
- All movements and electronic elements of the ruler
- AL longitudinal cut width ruler

DESPITE THE BEST EFFORTS TO CREATE A DEVICE FOR ALL TYPES OF FORMATTING SAWS, THERE MAY BE CASES WHEN FOR VARIOUS TECHNICAL REASONS AND DIFFERENT TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS BY THE FORMATTING SAW MANUFACTURERS, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO SUCCESSFULLY MOUNT THIS KIT ON THE CUSTOMER’S SAW. IN ORDER TO AVOID THESE CASES, THE ASSEMBLY AT THE CUSTOMER IS CONDITIONED ON THE PROVISION OF PHOTO DOCUMENTATION AND THE DIMENSIONS OF THE CUSTOMER’S SAW ACCORDING TO THE SENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SUBSEQUENT EVALUATION OF WHETHER ASSEMBLY WILL BE FEASIBLE.
